As Application Developer, Alexey has participated for the last 3 years in one of Quotients’ largest clients and projects, The HanleyWood portal project. This project has been a diverse and large scale system that has allowed Alexey to accrue and leverage many skill sets ranging from Front-end development with tools such as jquery, EXTjs, and Telerik as well as server side technologies such as ASP.net, MVC, LLBLgen, and SQL. As Senior Application Developer, Amr has been developing since more than 10 years. His programming started with Turbo C++ on DOS, yes blue background and yellow Text. Now he spends his days working in Visual Studio as a .net developer. During this time he has accrued a lot of knowledge with systems and tools making him one of Quotients top assets for integration and troubleshooting. Amr has been instrumental in many projects ranging from an Electronic Medical Records application to Ecommerce and other enterprise projects.
Before Quotient, Amr worked as a Senior developer for CCO and Arabia Inform, a large scale news company for the Middle East. His background includes many vertical industries which include Publishing, Hotel Reservations, Medical and Tradeshows

Andrew C.
As Senior Application Developer, Andrew has been developing commercial applications for more than 5 years. Andrew first started with Quotient as a remote worker for a TabletPC application and since then has moved up the ranks to now be one of Quotients most valuable members. As Senior Application Developer, Andrew has a few roles in Quotient. His first role is to develop and manage teams for application development. Second to that, his management experience has helped Quotient grow to have a second office. Located in Izhevsk, Russia. Andrew plays a crucial role to the strategy and operations for the Russian team. Andrew has been developing complex applications for 14 years and during that time has proven his technical skills on a number of private and public sector projects. He is well versed in running projects, gathering requirements, and leading teams to complete enterprise ready solutions.

Anton R.
As Quotients User Interface Designer, Anton is changing the way Quotient applications look and feel. While a new member to our team, Anton has played an integral role creating outstanding user experiences through design. Anton specializes in human cognition factors, spatial visualization, human-computer interaction principles and information architecture. A solid academic background in cognitive and perceptual psychology helps him to interpret end-user needs. Social work experience allows him to understand the differences between what users say they do and what they actually do. The end result is an interface that meet both business and user needs. Anton has worked on a variety of projects with Quotient so far, ranging from enterprise portal design to mobile site/app designs

Dmitry F. - MCP
As Lead Application Developer, Dmitry works with a number of other resources on complex projects. While new to our team he is working on a complex energy modeling application which requires significant scale and performances. Dmitry started in Delphi and C++ but now focuses solely on .net. His background is in ECM systems(enterprise content management), CMS, airline ticketing, web banking for one of Russians largest banks, and E-commerce. Dmitry enjoys his career because it gives him “the opportunity to create new things to improve people’s lives”. He enjoys Quotient’s global model because it combines markets, cultures of development, and best practices.
Before Quotient, Dmitry worked as a Lead Developer with EPAM one of Europe’s largest development companies.

As a Project Manager, Esther has played a critical role in managing projects, clients, and team members since she stepped in the door back in 2007. She has a firm understanding of technology and is responsible for the oversight and delivery of a project from start to finish. Committed to each project she's a part of, Esther’s not afraid of a late night or bribing the team with days off and frappuccino’s. Before Quotient, Esther spent several years working in private wealth management where she fine-tuned her communication and caffeine intake skills and also discovered her interest in moving away from portfolio rebalancing and into the realm of technology.
Graduating Summa Cum Laude, Esther holds a BSBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Southern Mississippi.

As a project manager assistant, Hanna assists our project managers in relaying client expectations and project specifications to our developing team. She also helps keep Quotient organized with client documentation and in-depth project analysis to help us grow on our successes and learn from our missteps. Hanna comes to us from software sales and also ran a catering and events company in the US Virgin Islands. She has since shifted her focus from the client's "dream wedding" to their "dream product." Her bright personality determination and work ethic are valuable assets to Quotient.
Jenny E.
As a Project Manager Assistant, Jenny is responsible for interpreting client requests and communicating them in a direct and useful manner to the development team. She is involved in all levels of project management including high level brainstorming sessions to help determine new system architecture, trouble shooting issues with the development team, daily management of ticket systems, testing deployed systems and reporting any necessary changes. In her past life, Jenny worked as a consultant for a publishing firm, but has since moved from paper to the cloud.
